Sheila Harrigan serves as the Asset Manager at True Access Capital, where she oversees all commercial transactions, including loan closings, underwriting, portfolio management, and loan Fuservicing. With over 25 years of experience in community development finance, Sheila has been instrumental in managing True Access Capital’s lending process. Before joining True Access Capital, she worked as a certified housing counselor at NCALL Research, supporting low- and moderate-income families in achieving homeownership. Sheila holds a BA in Social Sciences from The College of New Rochelle, New York, and various certifications in business, community development, and affordable housing. She is also an active member of multiple community organizations and serves as an ordained pastor in Delaware.
