David Ortiz serves as the Business Development Officer at True Access Capital, focusing on lending programs and technical assistance for underserved communities. His background in public service, including roles with neighborhood nonprofits and the City of Philadelphia, provides a strong foundation for his work in economic development. David holds a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University.
