C’Yonna Henry

Program Director of the Women’s Business Center

C’Yonna Henry serves as Program Director of the Women’s Business Center at True Access Capital, providing operational and programmatic leadership for federally funded small business support initiatives. In this role, she oversees program execution, performance management, reporting, and internal systems to ensure compliance with SBA requirements and consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Her professional background includes operations management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, with experience supporting cross-functional teams and strengthening internal processes to enhance accountability and overall program performance.

C’Yonna holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Lincoln University. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and remains committed to advancing entrepreneurship through structured, results-driven business assistance.
